Red Snapper fishing in Biloxi, Mississippi, is the hottest fishing of the year! We offer anglers an unforgettable experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, helping you load the coolers with these highly sought-after fish. The dates for this trip are tentative, as they are mandated by the federal government based on when the season is open. The season typically starts on June 1 and runs through the end of July, though it can sometimes close in mid-July or extend into August.

We are allowed to keep two Red Snapper per person, each measuring 16” or larger. The first 12 we catch are yours to keep—we do not cull for conservation purposes.

Target Seasons & Species

The dates for this trip are tentative, as they are mandated by the federal government based on when the season is open. The season typically starts on June 1 and ends around the end of July, though sometimes it closes in mid-July or extends into August.

Oftentimes, we’ll catch our limit of Red Snapper before the trip ends, allowing us to target other great sportfish in the area! We can also fish for Cobia, Tripletail, Jack Crevalle, Mangrove Snapper, King Mackerel, and possibly Triggerfish (seasonal).

Where We Go

For our 6- or 8-hour trips, we head out anywhere from 20 to 35 miles offshore. Our 10-hour trophy trips venture 35 to 45 miles out, where the biggest Red Snapper live! We use live bait such as pinfish or croaker, and sometimes cut bait as well.

We typically fish in depths of 20 to 30 feet, bottom fishing around various artificial reefs beyond the barrier islands. Mississippi funds an ongoing program to create fish havens offshore, which are then stocked on permitted fish havens—these are the areas we target.

What's Included

All charters include the necessary bait, ice, tackle, fishing licenses, and a first mate.
